Employment history: Rui is the founding partner and head of the firm's practice in Portugal since 2001. With more than 25 years of business experience, he held several executive positions in domestic and multinational organizations, in sectors like Consulting and Insurance. Prior of founding Ad Capita Executive Search, he was Managing Director of a major Human Resources Consulting group. Rui is also Co-founder and Board Member of INAC - Executive Search Worldwide. Fluent Portuguese, English and Spanish. Good French.
