Academic Background: Remy's educational background is on the cutting edge of Human Resource Management and Commerce. During his master degree study he focused on the cultural dimension of management and organization. This study, from both a national and international perspective focus on issues of organizational culture, ethnicity and diversity (transnational) organizational relationships. In addition, the study focused on intervention strategiesfor cultural change associated with efficiency and effectiveness of organizations.

Employment History: Remy Rodenhuis has over 20 years of professional work experience in several branches and industries. For the last 17 years he has been working within Executive Search. He was serving over the years a wide range of clients in several sectors such as Telecommunications, Energy, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Manufacturing and Retail. Remy started his career in the retail sector and was handling several commercial positions: training, selection and management of commercial groups of 30 people belonged to his responsibilities. Since 1994 he has been the owner of the Nassau GROUP and managing the team of 10 employees and associates.

Since 2005 Remy is also a Board member within the INAC organisation. He started as VP Finance being responsible for managing the finance within the Association. Since 2010 he became the President of this unique Executive Search Network.
