Academic bacground: Sylwia graduated from Technical University of Lodz, Faculty of Business and Technology in French (Gestion et Technologie), MBA studies in cooperation with University of Lyon III and Psychology in Warsaw.

Employment history: She has over 10 years of professional experience both on the Client’s side as well as in other international recruitment companies (executive search and search and selection ones). Sha has an experience in managing executive search projects for managerial and specialists’ positions as well as building and managing AC/DC sessions. She has been cooperating with international and Polish companies from finance, production, IT & T, logistics and construction sectors. However due to her engineering degree she feels the most comfortable in IT & T, production and Real Estate sectors.
