Serafeim Karaiskos

Biography: Serafeim has led and participated in various projects concerning Executive Search and Selection, design and implementation of Assessment and Development Centers and competency based Employee Assessment.

Before joining ICAP Group, he has gained extensive experience in HR consulting roles as Head of Accounting & Finance specialty of Randstad Hellas and Senior Consultant at Executive Search & Selection practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Greece.
He has also participated in projects concerning the design of Performance Management systems, Organizational Restructuring and Business Planning.
Serafeim started his professional career as a Military Officer holding the rank of a Captain of the Hellenic Armed Forces. As a battery commander he was Head of Operations and responsible for the training and development of officers and professional soldiers. He was also member of the committee for the selection of professional soldiers.

George Haros

Executive Director ICAP Group
Biography: George Haros is Executive Director, heading the People Solutions Division at ICAP, moved from the internal role of Human Capital Director held before. Prior to joining ICAP, he had an extensive and successful career path in human resources line management. He has been the Human Resources Mgr in the pharmaceutical firm Wyeth Hellas (now Pfizer) for 9 years and in Cyanamid Hellas (now BASF) for 4 years. He held Senior HR roles of increasing responsibilities within BP Hellas for 7 years, being the HR Manager of BP Retail.

Elena Skarpathioti

Recruiting Areas: CEO, CIO, CFO & Director's level positions mainly for Financial Institutions, Professional Services and IT & Telecoms
Biografy: Elena has 12 years overall experience in Greece and the UK, the last 6 in Executive Search & Selection and HR Consulting. Additionally to her Recruiting role, she also acts as Consultant for ICAP's customers, regarding their recruitment strategy, and also their retention and employee evaluation policies. Prior to joining ICAP Group, she worked for the Greek branch of KPMG, Executive Search & Selection Unit.

Apostolia Malamouli

Manager Executive Search & Selection ICAP Group
Recruiting Areas: Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, Media.
Biography: Apostolia has extensive experience in the field of human resources consulting and line management in Greece and in France. Her current role in ICAP Group is to lead Executive Search assignments and advise client companies in recruiting and assessing senior and middle management level talent. Prior to ICAP Group, she started her career in the human resources field in France within the industrial Group Arcelor, and carried on in Greece at the HR consulting firm ISON Psychometrica and in the telecommunications industry at OTEplus/ OTE Group.
