Employment History: He has been in the search industry for more than twenty years covering both Hong Kong and China. In the mid 1980s, he was a Management Consultant of a local management consulting firm then the Manager of the recruitment department of a professional audit firm before joining Boyden International in 1989 where he was a Managing Partner. In 1999, he moved to Norman Broadbent as an Executive Director for Asia. Then he established Caldes & Associates in 2001.
