Constanza Di Pietrantony
Consultant Elan International
Academic background: a degree in Political Sciences summa cum laude from the University of Padua and a Master in Public Relations and Corporate Communication in Milan.
Employment history: With Omnitel first and then Vodafone, she works firstly in the purchase department, then in R&D and lastly at the HR Central Management as a Resourcing Manager in charge of outdoor and in-house resourcing.
An expert in employing branding, she has given her contribution to the subject through articles published in specialist dailies and magazines.
After joining Elan International in 2008, she is now in charge of the ICT practice, at the Milan offices.

Daniele Brioschi
Consultant Elan International
Academic background: graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Milan Politecnico.
Employment history: he runs European Marketing and Sales for the Components Divisions of General Motors from Paris and Frankfurt.
He then works as BU Vice-Director, Board Supervisor and Director of Development with Italian companies and Multinationals in the mechanical and automotive area, in Milan and Paris offices.
He attends several specialisation courses at INSEAD and MCE Brussels.
Working in Executive Search since 2005, he becomes a Partner of Elan International in 2009.
He runs the Industry practice from Milan.

Barbara Targa
Consultant Elan International
Academic background: studying Political Sciences at the University of Padua.
Employment history: she starts her career with ORGA in the management consultancy area.
In 2005 she joins the Head Hunting department, specializing in selection and assessment for qualified companies operating in Italy.
In 2007 she joins Elan International and in 2009 becomes a Partner.
Having extensive knowledge of the territory, she runs Elan International activities in North-East Italy from the Padua offices.

Giuseppe Cristoferi

Academic background: Graduated summa cum laude in Political Sciences at the University of Florence, and assistant at the Dept. of Economics.
Employment history: he starts his career with Olivetti at the Sales Management unit.
He then moves to the Human Resources department and continues his career as Manager of Staff, Organization and Systems for large publishing and retail companies.
He is General Manager of the Asia Pacific region in the pharma sector.
Working as a consultant since 1997, in 2003 he starts up Elan International.
He is the author of several contributions to books and manuals in the area of Human Resources.
He runs the chemical-pharmaceutical and consumer practice from Milan.

Academic background: a law degree,
Employment history: long experience as Sales Manager for insurance and finance companies, in 1999 he starts work in the area of personnel hunting and selection and organizational analysis.
After diversified experience with Head Hunting multinationals in Italy, he joins Elan International as a Partner and becomes responsible for the Rome branch, operating in Central and Southern Italy.

Tania Terrazzani

Academic background: Graduated in Philosophy summa cum laude at the Università Statale of Milan in 1998
Employment history: she starts her career in the Head Hunting area and builds up her experience in the Banking and Insurance area.
A former Deputy Head for Italy in a British company specialised in Executive Search in the banking and finance area, in 2008 she joins Elan International as a Partner.
She runs the Banking, Insurance and Real Estate practice from the Milan office

Anna Toniato
Consultant Elan International
Academic background: a degree in Work Psychology from the University of Padua.
Employment history: she starts her career as a consultant and then takes on the responsibility for the whole selection process of a recruiting multinational, at its Padua subsidiary.
She then joins Geox, firstly as an Account for the Product and Production area, and then in charge of selection and development for the Retail area in Italy and abroad.
In 2010 she joins Elan International as head of the Fashion and Luxury area, operating throughout Italy and Europe. She works between Milan and Padua.
