Academic Background: Master in Social & Political Sciences, option Communication Management (Catholic University Leuven) , MBA on Organizational Psychology, Economic Human Resources and Change Psychology, Business Process Manager & Compensation & Benefits Manager at Vlerick Management School.

Employment History: Hilde started her career at the largest temporary employment agency in Belgium. During 9,5 years, she developed from a recruitment agent to district manager. In 1998, she joined a Scandinavian management consultancy as an international Business Consultant. In 2005, she became a Career Coach and Trainer for a non-profit organization. She combined this with a job as Head of Recruitment & Selection for the Catholic University of Leuven. In November 2005, she joined UCAD as Operation Manager. She managed staff, the operations including production, pricing and sales, in Belgium and offshore in China, Mauritius and India. Together with Ben Greeven, Hilde founded ASTYRE in June 2005. In the following years ASTYRE quickly expands to become one of the leading consultancies in Belgium. In 2010, Hilde takes up the role of Managing Director. In 2011 The Astyre Group creates Bennton & Hill, to centralize and focus their Executive Search activities in Belgium. Hilde has an Industry Sector Expertise in Industrial Equipment, Solar, Manufacturing, Logistics.

Anne Cession

Executive Partner Bennton & Hill bvba
Academic Background: Master degree in Psychology at the University of Liège, MBA, European Business Network, Brussels.

Employment History: In 1987 Anne decided to start her own Human Resources company: Ergo Soft S.A. with offices in Paris and London. In 2003, she starts at a Swedish multinational HR Consultancy, where she enlarged her expertise and experience as business director Wallonia, partner of the “board & executive” department and member of the Management Team. In 2009, she founded the HR Consultancy AC Executive Search. In April 2011, she decided to collaborate with ASTYRE. Today, she is, as Business Manager Wallonia, responsible for the daily management and business development. Anne has an extensive experience in consultancy in the areas of human resources, strategies and organization. She provides top executive consultancy services, looking for & developing top talents, supporting executives and board effectiveness in the definition and implementation of their human capital strategy. In 2011, she also became Executive Partner of Bennton & Hill. Anne has an Industry Sector Expertise in Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, Transport, Manufacturing, Aeronautics & Healthcare.

Philippe Decre

Managing Director Bennton & Hill bvba
Academic Background: Master in Human Sciences at Royal Military Academy Brussels, Engineering Degree - Management Engineering, Executive Master in Management, Degree in Management Coaching, Master after Master in Strategy and International Relations.

Employment History: Philippe started his career as a commando-parachutist commissioned officer (for 5 years) and as a lecturer at the chair of economics & management (for 4 years) of the Royal Military Academy in Brussels. He left the Defense after getting a diploma in management engineering and started a commercial track. After some successful years as a senior management consultant in a Scandinavian HR services consulting company, he became Chief HR Officer by an IT-solutions integrator in Belgian and Luxembourg. He joined the Ernst & Young HR Services business unit, leading a team of consultants specialized in direct search. He participated in the major project of assessing the top executives of the Belgian Federal Police, and contributed to a successful merge with the competitor TMP. 
In 2002, Philippe joined Europ Assistance as Chief Operations Officer. Philippe joined in 2008 the management committee of Securitas responsible for strategic accounts in central Belgium and for the national training centre. In 2010, he became Managing Partner of Bennton and Hill at its creation in 2011. Philippe is also a member of the Audit Committee of the Belgian Federal Administration reporting to the Council of Ministers. Philippe has an Industry Sector Expertise in Defense & Security, ICT, Bank & Leasing, Insurance & Assistance, Healthcare.

Ben Greeven

Chairman Bennton & Hill bvba
Academic Background: Accountancy and Human Resources Management, RSM Business MBA

Employment History: Ben started his career in 1979 as Human Resources responsible in a SME active in international industrial electrical equipment. After a career of 7 years, he leaves the organization as HR & Finance Manager. During the next 5 years, he builds his private business group with activities in various industries, including electrical installations. In 1991, he joins Stork Nolte Belgium, after an acquisition, as Managing Director, until he leaves in 1993. In January 1997 he joins a Scandinavian management consultancy, where he quickly builds a national and international career. In 2001, he’s appointed as active driver for the development of a new international Executive Practice. During the period 2003 - 2004, he assumes the position of Co-Director for Belgium, in combination with his business responsibilities. In 2005, Ben decides that the time is right to take his views on HR consultancy to the next level. In June 2005, he starts his own Strategy and HR consultancy, ASTYRE. In the following years, ASTYRE quickly expands to become one of the leading consultancies in Belgium. In 2010, the online assessment technology Thalento®, developed within ASTYRE, is brought to market in a new company Thalento® NV. In 2011, The Astyre Group creates Bennton & Hill to centralize and focus their Executive Search activities in Belgium. Ben has an Industry Sector Expertise in Finance, ICT, International Business Development, Industrial Equipment.
