Jørgen Villemoes Larsen

Senior Consultant and Partner Hansen Toft A/S
Senior Consultant and M.Sc. Econ. and since 2004 consultant and partner in Hansen Toft A/S. Jørgen Villemoes Larsen works broadly with Hansen Toft's group of customers, primarily with Executive Search & Selection, but also with other areas within Management Consulting, including organisation and manager development. Furthermore Jørgen has solved a number of international Search & Selection tasks working closely together with different international collaborators.

Jørgen has lived, studied and worked in England, Germany and New Zealand. Before Hansen Toft he worked within marketing for a number of years and later with international market and employee analyses for several of the largest Danish companies.

Karl Kristian Hansen

Managing Director and Partner Hansen Toft A/S
Karl Kristian has a M. Sc. Econ. in strategy and management. He is certified in many different types of personality tests.

Karl Kristian established Hansen Toft A/S in 2001. He is partner and managing director. He has worked as management consultant since 1993 with focus on Executive Search & Selection and has solved many tasks both in Denmark and internationally for Danish customers in various lines of business. He also works with development of strategies and manager development, primarily for middle sized companies. Performance analyses and performance development of subsidiary companies are also part of his experience. He works as a coach and personal sparring partner for managing directors in relation to the development of their business and in critical management situations. He has a broad background from several lines of business and in his younger days he was a professional musician.

Claus Mundus-Pedersen

Claus is M. Sc. Econ. He has been a consultant/partner at Hansen Toft A/S since 2003. During the past 16 years he has worked with Search & Selection, training and management courses and management consulting in a broad sense of the word.
He has had managing jobs within banking and several financial businesses and in addition he has been employed within one of the leading Danish retail companies, Dansk Supermarked, owned by the A. P. Møller Mærsk Group. During these years Claus has worked internationally.

Michael Stubbe

Senior Consultant Hansen Toft A/S
B. Sc., graduated from Handelshoejskolen in Aarhus. Continuously further education at Hogrefe Psykologisk Forlag, The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), DiSC, Mercuri Urval Business School, Henley Business School and McDonald's Cooperation Inc.

HR experience from Search & Selection of more than 500 individuals nationally and internationally. Michael has worked within several lines of business with specialists, functional managers, managing directors and committee members.

Special experience with establishing programmes for international Selection, Assessment and High Potential assessments and establishment of benchmark for attraction and development of Six Sigma competences. Core competences within sales, retail and economy.

Pia Porse Wett Jørgensen

Senior Consultant Hansen Toft A/S
During her whole career Pia Porse Wett Jørgensen has worked with management and coaching and their influence on increasing company results. She has been on both sides of the table as both managing director and as chairman of the board, marketing director and as management consultant in and for a number of Danish and international companies.

At Hansen Toft Pia is responsible for the business area "Business-driven manager development". Pia has graduated as e.g. Bachelor of Commerce, international certified coach, has a 1-year board education and various courses and education within the psychological field.
And last but not least, Pia is the author of the book "Coaching - how to achieve your goals in practise" ("Coaching - na' dine mål i praksis") which was published by the JP/ Politikkens forlag.

Thøger Jespersen

Thøger has an advanced technical education supplemented by an MBA degree and an international coach education. Management experience from both industry and service companies as well as educational company.
Thøger has worked as consultant since 1989 and been partner in Hansen Toft A/S since 2002.
Solid experience within Executive Search & Selection as well as with consulting tasks within strategy, organisation and manager development.
Thøger has solved a number of tasks for several different lines of business and in large as well as middle sized companies. Furthermore, Thøger has solved consultant tasks in Norway, Sweden, England, Germany and Austria.

Steen Skovgaard

After his Bachelor graduation Steen was employed in IBM as Account Manager. Later Sales Director in the IT business for 11 years. After five years in Mercuri Urval working with Selection, outplacement, Management Consulting etc. Steen founded together with two partners the Search & Selection company People Capital Partner (PCP), which was member of INAC for a number of years and through this membership he has a close cooperation with several international partners. In 2010 PCP merged with Hansen Toft, where Steen today is partner.

Torben Hansen

Torben is Graduate Diploma in business administration majoring in financial and management accounting and he also has an education from INSEAD in France. He has been working with Search & Selection for 13 years. He has established and been managing director for a management consulting company. He has been managing director for the business department in one of the largest banks in Denmark. He began working as a consultant for Hansen Toft A/S in 2011.

Preben Clausager Toft

Senior Consultant Hansen Toft A/S
Preben is educated within banking and has a background from Danish and international banks and from the wind turbine industry. He is B. Sc. within sales and marketing. He has worked as a consultant since 1998 and has experience within both Danish and international Executive Search & Selection tasks in cooperation with international collaborators. He has also worked with other areas within Management Consulting, e.g. management of objectives, development within sales, development of strategy and organisation and management development.

Kurt Toft

Kurt Toft has a Graduate Diploma in business administration majoring in financial and management accounting and in sales and marketing.

Broad experience within financial management and as CFO and also general management and group management as both CEO and international group director in internationally oriented Danish industrial companies.
Co-founder of Hansen Toft A/S in 2001 and has gathered more than 20 years of experience as a management consultant.
Kurt has solid experience within Executive Search & Selection and has solved a broad section of tasks within Management Consulting. The tasks were solved in Scandinavia, England, Germany, Austria, USA, Russia and China.
