Employment history:Prior to joining MAGALLANES Consultores de Dirección, as a Partner Consultant, Victoria worked for over ten years for a leading Executive Search Company. Since 2002, she has been the shareholder of Magallanes Consultores, and has successfully managed a team of professional consultants.

Before coming to Spain, she worked for the company, Colgate-Palmolive in the marketing department in the customer service area, consolidating the information of Central America and the Caribbean.
