Alexis is one of the Directors of Arrowman Executive Search.
Graduated in Psychology from Paris University - La Sorbonne, Alexis BRODSKY has been working for more than 16 years in the Executive search industry and the HR Management consultancy.
Specialized in both Industry (process industries, chemistry, packaging, graphic industry & automotive suppliers…) and Services sectors (logistics, transport, BtoB distribution), Alexis supports his clients for the search and selection of executives and experts.
Trilingual French, English and Spanish, he also leads international assignments.
Further to his involvement within Arrowman’s Industry & Services department, Alexis also manages our international development and partnership throughout INAC international network.

Anne Mazuel is a Director of Arrowman Executive Search in France. She is in charge of developing the Distribution, Services & Consumer Market Practice.
She holds an MBA from the IAE (Institut d’Administration des Entreprises - Business Administration Institute) at Paris-Sorbonne University and a graduate of the EDC (Ecole des Dirigeants et Créateurs d’Entreprise - Company Leaders and Founders College). Anne Mazuel started her career in finance, working for the Société Générale bank. She then became a consultant for an international executive search consultancy, where she spent ten years as an advisor to major players in the distribution, services, consumer market, media and motor vehicle sectors. She now resolves varied recruitment issues for senior management teams in major SMEs and international groups involved in restructuring operations or experiencing significant growth.

Philippe MILLOT is one of the Directors of ARROWMAN Executive Search in France. He has been working for more than 15 years in the headhunting industry and is in charge of the Corporate Functions and Business development practices.
Philippe MILLOT holds a Master Degree from the Escem Business School. He started his career in consulting in 1995 at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and acquired additional experience in business development.
Philippe MILLOT has been involved in hiring for a wide variety of positions including executive management and experts in Finance, Human resources, Purchasing, Sales and Business development. He advises and supports his clients to resolve complex organization and recruiting issues.

Jean-Pierre SCANDELLA is one of the Founders of ARROWMAN Executive Search in 2004.
He heads the IT Telecoms Medias practice.
He previously held management positions with major European and Anglo-American partnerships.
Graduated from Bordeaux's Institute of Political Studies (Economics & Financial section), he started as an Engineering Consultant for Sybel Informatique, a software company, before joining a financial software company as a Sales Engineer.
For more than 15 years now, Jean-Pierre SCANDELLA has been working in Executive Search industry, specialized in C-level and experts positions in the IT, Telecoms & Media sectors (software vendors, hardware makers, and operators) and for user companies in Europe. He has also advised leading small and medium sized companies over the long term as part of their international expansion effort.

Marie Jo Villegas

Marie Jo VILLEAGS is at the head of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industries Practice at ARROWMAN Executive Search. She founded this specialty at ARROWMAN early in 2005. She has more than seven years experience in supporting companies in this field (pharmaceutical, cosmetics and agronomy companies as well as agribusinesses and biotechnology start-ups), assisting them in reinforcing and renewing their management teams and their international experts.
Previously, Marie Jo VILLEGAS spent more than ten years working for leading international industrial groups: first in research, then in development, technological data mining and in strategic marketing. In 1999 she chose to redirect her career towards recruiting and immediately created and developed an international life sciences healthcare industry department into a consultancy specialised in direct recruiting.
Marie Jo VILLEGAS holds a PhD in biology of the University of Paris XI, which she completed with corporate management courses at ESCP.
