Academic background: Legal studies in the University of Lapland, Finland and Het Katholieke Unversiteit van Nijmegen, Holland.

Employment history:  Mr Petteri Pasanen left his native Finland to run Sorainen Law firm in Latvia. After his career in law  he moved to HR consultancy 1999 by establishing People Management Latvia. He currently owns and manages People Management companies in the Baltic States:Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.  Mr Pasanen is the founder of  Finnish-Latvia Trade Association and has acted as  the President of  Finnish Chamber of Commerce.  With experience of nearly 20 years mr Pasanen is one of the foremost experts in the Baltic business consultancy.
